Aviation - What happens when the airplane climbs too high ?

The result was found in the Holy Quran since over 1400 years ..... when humans climbs high the air pressure drops down .... but human physiology adapts with that ... but after 25,000 feet ("death
zone") the pressure decreases much and gases expands in the intestines and in the stomach and in the lungs,causes unbearable pain which leads to death . So if air pressure dropped in the plane should descend to the height of 10,000 ft or less .

In this verse in the Quran God Almighty says

This is the translation : So whoever Allah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam; and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. Thus does Allah place defilement upon those who do not believe. [  "Surat Al-'An`ām" ( verse 125) ]

• Did Prophet Muhammad lived in the era of the airplanes ?
• Did people climbed to the sky at the time of the Prophet Mohamed?
